Terms of Service
By using SensorTune (律感) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service
SensorTune is a local-first motion music app: you shake the phone to trigger sounds, switch instrument timbres, browse a local library, import MIDI, and record performances. The current version does not require an account and does not upload your performances or raw sensor data to our servers.
2. Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute the app in ways that violate applicable law or store rules. Be mindful of your surroundings when shaking the device.
3. Third-party links
Optional links (for example MIDI search sites) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
4. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and bundled sound assets are protected by applicable IP laws. Your own recordings remain yours; bundled demo content is licensed for use within the app as provided.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. Sensor availability and audio latency vary by device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page and/or in the app store listing.
